Well the winners of our Hack Day have been announced (just) and people are already planning HD2.

Looks like this time, not even the winners will be remembered. Actually our world-wide Innovation Jam starts next week, which is the official get together for all employees and their families, we now include our clients in the mix too.

One of the things I learnt from Hack Day though is that it isn’t what you want that can be the most useful tools or improvements. Indeed the idea of something may put you off, but once you give it a try or even just see it, the penny drops and your sold.

People tell you what they want, based on what they know. It’s not news but it is certainly true.
